(b) Change Case
Change case means changing the letter type
from small to capital or capital to small. Normally while we are writing sentences
in a paragraph we do common mistakes like making letter small or capital where
it is not necessary. But at the end of the part you realize the blunder done by
you. But not to worry at all. There is a very small technique using which we
can easily rectify our mistakes with the shortest possible times. That is
select the wring written sentences one by one , go to home menu and choose
change case option there. There you will find five different ways using which
we can get the job done . That is
1. Sentence case
Make the first letter of the sentence capital.
2. UPPER CASE Make all the letters in a sentence capital.
3. lower case Make all
the letters in a sentence small.
4. Capitalize Each Word Make
the first letter of each word in a single
sentence capita & remaining small.
5. tOGGLE cASE Make the first letter of each word in a single
sentence small and remaining capital.
