a a . Clip Art :
In a page to add a picture go
to insert menu and select the Clip Art option . There in the search box , write
down the name of the picture that you are looking at , and within a short
period of time the picture chart will be displayed. From there choose the
picture that you want to add over the page. And the picture will be added from
the pictures in the clip box which are by default or preset.

b. Picture:
As discussed above this is the
second source from where pictures can be added in a page. But these pictures
are not preset. You can say ,this is your personal collection of pictures. So
first of all store the pictures in any location ( any drive of your computer – C, D etc or in
Desktop or My Pictures area). Next go to insert menu and choose picture option
there. Select the specific picture , thereby the picture will be added over the
page. After the picture addition we can modify it by selecting it first and go
to format menu , apply the required tools there. Such as picture effects ,
picture border, picture shape, brightness, contrast, re-colour, crop etc.

c. Text Wrapping:
It is function using which we can make the picture
in a page flexible and mouldable. Because after the picture addition over the
page ( either from clip art or from my picture area) , to make the object
movable , choose the picture first , select format option and from there choose
text wrapping option – inside which we are getting various features like in
front of the text, behind the text, square, in
line with text, tight etc. Text wrapping option can be used to put text
and picture together.
