MICROSOFT WORD ( ALIGNMENTS)
Chapter - II ( Microsoft Word Formatting)
d. Alignments:
It means positioning of the
text in a page. That is by default we always write the text in a page from left
to right . But if we want to change the position of the text , we can do this
by selecting the text first , go to home menu and alignment options there.
There we can align the text in three different positions , such as left , center
and right hand side of the page. There
is also a fourth option ; justify. It is usually we apply while we write a
paragraph. For example at the time of writing down a paragraph , the right side
of the paragraph is usually is in a uneven position. That is the left and right
side of the paragraph is not equal ( the left side is in straight vertical line position where as the
right side not). To make both side of the paragraph even , go to home menu,
select the entire paragraph and choose justification tool in the alignment
command box.
